Congregation Moriah

Kehilo, November 2026$299.00
Due$299.00
That is the whole invoice. There is no second line on it in November, and there was not one in October.

Why there are no tiers

Tiered pricing means the congregation that most needs the yahrzeit reminders or the reconciliation gates is the one told they are on the plan that does not include them. We would rather charge everyone the same and build one product than three.

There are no feature gates in the code. The only flag that changes anything is a “large” marker for congregations that want dedicated onboarding and single sign-on.

What it costs per household

HouseholdsPer household, per monthPer household, per year
100$2.99$35.88
250$1.20$14.35
500$0.60$7.18
1,000$0.30$3.59
The price does not move as you grow, so the figure in this column only gets better.

What costs more than $299.

Four things cost more than $299, and not one of them is part of the software. Each is either somebody’s working day or a bill a third party sends us, so the price tracks a cost rather than how much you would pay to have it. Switch every one of them off and nothing leaves your system.

Text messagesWhat the carrier charges, plus 25%
Carriers bill per message and the rate moves. Your invoice shows the carrier line and the handling line separately, so you can check it. A congregation that sends none pays nothing, and texting is switched on either way.
Printed and posted mailPrint and postage, plus 25%
Statements, yahrzeit letters and thank-you notes on paper cost real money to produce and post. Every batch waits for a person to approve it, so nothing is printed that you have not seen and nothing is billed that you did not approve.
A day of our time$1,200, agreed before it starts
Onboarding in the building, training a new executive director, or the data work that is beyond a migration: a membership spreadsheet nobody has reconciled since 2011, or a vendor who will not produce an export. The migration itself is still free.
A second congregation or school$299 a month
A preschool or a cemetery association with its own domain, its own board and its own records is a second set of books, not a second module. It is a second site at the same price, with the same everything switched on.

This is the whole list. If something is not on it, it is in the $299, and that includes the religious school, the High Holidays, the seating chart and your website.
