Kehilo

What are you paying now?

Add up your software and everything you buy alongside it. We will tell you plainly if you are better off staying where you are.

No account and no email address to see the number. The figures update as you type, and the link in your address bar carries them, so you can send it to your board.

What this does and does not count
  • The drafting figure assumes the assistant writes a first draft that a person edits and approves. Nothing it writes reaches a member without that approval, so the hours are real but they are not unattended.
  • The staff time figure is an estimate built from the hours you entered. It is real time, but it is not money that leaves your bank account, so it is shown separately from the hard savings above.

A 90 household congregation

Software and tools today$1,140 a year
Kehilo, every module$3,588 a year
Costs them more-$2,448 a year

On software alone, Kehilo would cost you about $2,448 a year more than what you pay now. It would give your office back about 328 hours a year, which may or may not be worth that to you. That is a judgement about your own staff, not something a calculator can settle.

If the number comes out against us, that is the answer. Stay where you are.
